Metropolis Foundation adopts 1000 Tuberculosis (TB) patients in Mumbai, under the Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan.
Metropolis Foundation launched the second cycle of its CSR program, extending support to 1000 TB patients in Mumbai under the ‘Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan.’ This initiative entails providing nutritional assistance to consenting TB patients in 'L' ward (Kurla), Mumbai, as part of the ‘Ni-Kshay Mitra 2.0’ initiative. The first cycle, initiated in December 2022 for 650 TB patients, was later expanded to encompass 702 patients across ‘L’ ward for durations of six and three months, respectively.
